369club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to in circumstances involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required identity verification; or by written request from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, any Account balance that is not subject to active investigation or withholding for policy violations will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Upon termination, 369club's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 369club's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
